Area youths have their entry fees waived

This week the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety is hosting a Youth Leadership Academy at the Fort Custer Military Training Center near Battle Creek for three dozen or so area youths. We at the Kazoo Area Foot Chase applaud KDPS for reaching out to our area youth and giving them such a tremendous opportunity that may positively shape their lives forever. In support of the program, tonight the Kazoo Area Foot Chase team, represented by Steve Seiser, is speaking with the program's participants and offering to waive their entry fee for this year's foot chase event. Lets hope that these leaders of tomorrow join us at the run this September.

Thank you Halpert, Weston, Wuori & Sawusch, P.C.!

Last year the Kalamazoo law firm of Halpert, Weston, Wuori & Sawusch, P.C. joined the Kazoo Area Foot Chase team by becoming a Gold level major sponsor. The Halpert firm's generous sponsorship helped make last year's event a huge sucess and it contributed greatly to the support that MI-COPS was able to give to the survivors of Michigan's law enforcement officers. Thank you Halpert, Weston, Wuori & Sawusch, P.C. for your support!
